What To Expect
Hooray! You’ve Made An Appointment With Us!
We’re so excited to see you and your pet. Here’s what you can expect on your visit:
Step 1: Show Up For Your Appointment a Few Minutes Early
We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early. This will allow plenty of time for your furry friend to get used to their new surroundings before we introduce them to the doctor. Your appointment is important to us, and we’d hate for anything to go wrong because of a time crunch.
Step 2: Check-in
When you arrive, we will check you in for your visit, and one of our friendly staff members will take down some information about your pet. You will review what services they’ll be receiving during their visit and can add on additional services (if you want them) at this time. Our vets will review this information before they see your pet and make sure everything is in order.
Step 3: Hang Tight!
There are no surprises in this step. Just keep an eye on your phone and wait for us to call with an update on your pet. We know it can be nerve-wracking to leave your pet with us, but we promise they will be in great hands. If we have your pet for surgery, we may need to contact you, so please keep your eyes open for our call.
Step 4: Pick-up Time!
When your pet has recovered, we will call you to come to pick them up. Please be available for this call, as it is important that we don’t have to keep your pet longer than necessary.
Step 5: Check Out And Head Home
Congratulations! You’ve made it through the entire process with your pet, and now you’re ready to leave. Before you go, we’ll take a moment to make sure you understand what to expect from your pet’s recovery, review post-op instructions, and answer any questions you might have. If your pet had surgery, we’ll send you home with some pain relief for your pet. You’ll pay your bill and be on your way!
