AZ Vet Direct provides focused veterinary services for dogs, cats, and rabbits, with an emphasis on surgery, dental care, vaccinations, and preventive services.

Our West Mesa clinic serves pet owners throughout the East Valley and Southeast Valley of Phoenix. We focus on providing professional veterinary care at straightforward, affordable prices.

Services Offered

Some procedures require an individual consultation or estimate. Surgical eligibility and additional fees may depend on your pet’s age, weight, health, and medical history.

  • Services not offered include:
    • After-hours veterinary care
    • Orthopedic procedures such as TPLO, TTA, and fracture repair
    • Dental care for rabbits
    • Feline declaw surgery
    • Ear cropping
    • Tail docking
    • Ultrasound
    • Boarding
    • Bathing and grooming
    • Nutritional or behavioral counseling
    • Canine rehabilitation
    • Laser therapy or acupuncture
    • Other specialized procedures not listed among our services

  • Diabetic
  • Less than 2lbs, greater than 120lbs
  • Older than 14 years
  • Any animals 5 years and older are required to have a pre-op blood screen performed within 30 days prior to surgery.
  • We require proof of a current rabies vaccination for all cats and dogs 12 weeks of age and older. If proof of a current rabies vaccination is unavailable, we will update it at the appointment.
  • Additional charges may apply if your pet has any of the following: recent or active heat, pregnant, postpartum, overweight, pyometra/hydrometra, cryptorchid, aggression. $22-$110.  Pregnancy fees may be up to $165 additional.
